Kansas Troubles Are A Good Thing!

Trouble arrived at Stillmeadow this morning.
The best kind of trouble, lol. Kansas Troubles!
A beautiful quilt from Carol at Carol's Crafty Creations.
Looks right at home here. I absolutely adore Kansas Troubles by Moda! And I LOVE this quilt, a sweet Pay it Forward gift.
Here's a shot showing a bit of the backing. It has acorns on it. Go ahead, Click on the photos for a closer look. :-)
She did her own machine quilting and it is excellent, a perfect quilt for keeping cozy warm while I visit blogs and answer emails. It's right at home on my favorite comfy chair in the sunniest spot in the house.
Thank you, Carol, for this delightful "made for me" quilt.

  2. Oh my friend, this is wonderful. I'm a Kansas Troubles girl, too. I should clarify that by saying I have a huge stash I love but I got tired of it. I was going to toss it out but someone said "don't do that, you'll regret it." So I didn't and now I'm so thankful because seeing this MAGICAL MAGNIFICENT WONDER-MOUS quilt reminds me that I do, I do, I dooooooo Love KT!

  7. I really like the way you set all those blocks. And the warm sunny corner makes me think of a cat that would be RIGHT THERE soaking up all that sunshine.

  19. What a beautiful quilt!

There is something about this fabric line. It's really not my style. I don't like brown. But I LOVE KT! And the browns are always just fantastic.
